How do I arrange a return?
If you change your mind, you can return your product within 30 days of dispatch, provided it is unused and in its original retail packaging.
To arrange a return, you must first contact us to receive a return authorisation number.

Will I have to pay to return an item?
Yes. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
How long do I have to return an item?
You must return your item(s) within 30 days from the date the product was dispatched to you.
Express Delivery
- Europe & USA: 2–4 days (standard), 5–12 days (extended)
- Rest of the world: 3–7 days (standard), 8–20 days (extended)

Can I receive a refund for my return?
We can offer a refund only if the item is unused and returned in its original packaging, with the seal and labels intact.
Can I exchange my item?
We no longer offer exchanges.
Once your item is returned in line with our returns policy, you will receive a refund, and you may place a new order if you wish.
What if the item is damaged or faulty?
All items come with a 60‑day guarantee.
If your item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect (not misuse), we will repair or replace it and cover the courier costs for returning the item.

How will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued to the same card or account used at the time of purchase.
By law, we cannot refund to a different card or account.
If a refund is declined, we will contact you within 14 days for further information.
How long will it take to receive a refund?
We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving your returned item.
Please ensure you include your 7‑digit returns reference number to avoid delays.
What happens if I forget to include my returns slip?
If your return arrives without the returns form, our warehouse cannot match it to your order, which may delay your refund.
